½ litre of milk, 3 tablespoons sugar
1 sachet vanilla sugar
50 g short-grain white rice
80 g Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries


Bring the milk to the boil with the sugar and vanilla sugar.

When the milk is boiling, sprinkle in the rice and lower the heat to a simmer. Allow it to simmer while stirring.

When the rice is visible on the surface of the milk, turn off the heat and allow to cool.

Add the Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries.
